This is a singleauthor book, based upon the multiauthor Treatment of Epilepsy, but much shorter. There have been many recent advances in treatment (new drugs, new investigations, novel surgical approaches) and the book is thoroughly uptodate. It is a practical text, very much for clinical usage rather than a reference work, addressing all the common problems encountered in clinical practice.
